For this session, we will talk about the academic career path with two guests:
- Dr. Jenna Christensen, a new hire in the Molecular Biosciences Department that started on January 1st
- Dr. Betsy Schock, a postdoc in the LaBonne lab that is on the job market this year and currently has two job offers
Both Jenna and Betsy will be discussing their scientific journeys, their job search experiences, the process of applying for K99 awards, and balancing family and career, etc.
